PALM BAY MAN TURNS FLORIDA LOTTERY BLACK TICKET INTO GREEN

The Florida Lottery announced that Nicholas Chadman, 33, of Palm Bay, claimed the first $1 million prize in the FLORIDA LOTTERY BLACK Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee. Chadman purchased the winning ticket at Palm Bay Citgo, located at 894 Palm Bay Road Northeast in Palm Bay.
